PPC Flex announced the acquisition of Koen Pack, a Netherlands-based designer and manufacturer of floral packaging based in Amstelveen. The companies combine more than 30 years of experience in the floral industry.
PPC Flex, a North American flexible packaging maker, acquired the United States operations of SÜDPACK, including its Oak Creek, Wisconsin facility. The price was not disclosed.
