Cizzle Brands Corporation completed the acquisition of all shares of Flow Water Inc.'s beverage co-manufacturing business for approximately C$83.75 million, funded by an Orion Infrastructure Capital credit facility, a vendor loan and private placements. The manufacturing facility in Aurora, Ontario will become the CWENCH Hydration Factory.
