Amcor is spending almost $10 million to open a new on-site bottling plant at Campbell's Soup's factory in Paris, Texas, to make about 50 million hot-fillable PET bottles a year for V8 juices. The announcement was reported on 1 May 2017.
Amcor Rigid Plastics opened an in-line bottle manufacturing operation at Campbell Soup's plant in Paris, Texas, investing $7 million to repurpose 6,000 sq ft. It is expected to produce about 50 million hot-fill PET bottles a year for V8 products.
