Newell Brands to acquire Sistema, New Zealand plastics maker, for $660M
New Zealand's Overseas Investment Office approved the sale of plastic container maker Sistema to Newell Brands for $660 million. Newell plans to keep manufacturing in New Zealand for 20 years at a new 52,000 sqm facility.
