Time Technoplast signs MoU to acquire 74% of Ebullient Packaging
Time Technoplast signed an MoU to acquire a 74% equity stake in Ebullient Packaging, a FIBC and packaging maker, at an enterprise value of about ₹200 crore. Completion is expected in 4 to 6 months, subject to due diligence.
