DEUTZ to acquire drive specialist SOBEK Group for defense and drone market
DEUTZ signed an agreement to acquire all shares of SOBEK Group GmbH, a German maker of high-performance electric drives and pumps with three sites in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen. The deal supports DEUTZ's push into defense and drones.
