Atlas Copco has finalized the acquisition of CRI-MAN S.p.A., a pump manufacturer based in Correggio, Italy, with 85 employees joining the group. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Atlas Copco Group agreed to acquire CRI-MAN S.p.A., an Italian maker of chopper pumps, separators and mixers for biogas and wastewater treatment, based in Correggio, Italy. The acquisition adds 85 employees and is expected to close in Q4 2025; the price was not disclosed.
