Sullair

Sullair has acquired its long-time Salt Lake City distributor Compressor-Pump & Service, which sells and services compressors, blowers and pumps across a 83-county territory in Utah, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho and Wyoming. All 33 employees remain.

Sullair completed a roughly $30 million expansion in Michigan City, Indiana, including a new 80,000-square-foot fabrication shop that increased compressor manufacturing capacity and added more than 25 full-time jobs. The project was completed in February 2021 and reported on its first anniversary.

Hitachi has agreed to acquire Accudyne Industries' subsidiaries and related assets that make and sell Sullair-branded air compressors. The deal gives Hitachi access to Sullair's sales network, mainly in North America.
