GESCO SE acquires Eckart GmbH, hydraulic swivel motor maker
GESCO SE agreed to acquire Eckart GmbH, a Schlüchtern-based maker of hydraulic swivel motors and valve actuators with about EUR 20 million annual revenue. The purchase price was not disclosed and the deal is retroactive to January 1, 2025.
