Hoogesteger

Avantium signed a capacity reservation agreement with juice producer Hoogesteger for releaf PEF volumes from future licensed plants, building on an earlier offtake agreement. Avantium has now secured reservations for well over 100 kilotonnes of releaf.

Avantium and juice producer Hoogesteger signed a capacity reservation agreement under which Hoogesteger will buy renewable PEF polymer, sold as releaf, for juice bottles from future plants. Avantium is preparing its first commercial FDCA plant at Chemie Park Delfzijl.

Avantium will supply Netherlands-based juice producer Hoogesteger with its renewable PEF polymer for juice bottles. The bottles will be sold at Albert Heijn once Avantium's flagship plant is operational.

Avantium signed a conditional offtake agreement under which Hoogesteger will buy PEF polymer from Avantium's FDCA Flagship Plant for fresh juice bottles. The bottles will be sold at Albert Heijn once the plant is operational.
