Ingersoll Rand Inc. has acquired Lead Fluid (Baoding) Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing, a Chinese maker of peristaltic, syringe and gear pumps for life science applications, with annual revenue of about $8 million. The deal was announced on June 3, 2025, and the purchase multiple was not disclosed beyond a pre-synergy EBITDA multiple in the low double digits.
