SGS & Co and SGK merge to form Propelis brand group
Brand agencies SGS & Co and SGK finalized their merger into the Propelis family of brands, with packaging-graphics and print operations combined under SGX. The combined group has about 10,000 employees and nearly $1 billion in annual sales.
