Dover to acquire SIKORA for €550 million
Dover Corporation agreed to acquire Bremen-based SIKORA AG for €550 million in cash, to be integrated into its MAAG unit. SIKORA makes precision measurement and control systems for wire, cable, hose and plastics production, and had about €100 million revenue in 2024.
