Lanpec plans to acquire Lanya Testing and 51% of China Air Separation
Lanpec (601798.SH) signed an intent agreement to buy 100% of Shanghai Lanya Petrochemical Equipment Testing and 51% of China Air Separation Engineering from China Pudong Mechanical Industry, in cash. Terms are subject to a formal agreement.
