Gemco Valve

Strahman Group, a division of FCH, announced its acquisition of GEMCO Valve, completed August 13, 2025. GEMCO's Middlesex, NJ manufacturing will move to Strahman's Bethlehem, PA facility in early 2026.

ATEC GmbH, based in Klein-Winternheim near Mainz, has formed a joint venture with U.S. valve maker Gemco Valve, combining ATEC's custom ball valves with Gemco's segmented ball valves for powders and solids. The announcement was published on 2025-04-11.
