Grupo Arcor acquires paper and cardboard maker Zucamor in Argentina
Argentine food group Arcor, through Cartocor S.A., is acquiring 100% of Zucamor S.A., which runs seven industrial plants in Argentina making virgin fibre paper, sack kraft and corrugated board. The deal is subject to government approval.
