Rotork to acquire South Korean actuator maker Noah Actuation for £44m
Rotork plc agreed to acquire Noah Actuation, a Seoul-based South Korean electric actuator manufacturer, for an enterprise value of £44 million. The deal is expected to close in the coming days.
