Ulma Packaging acquires 40% stake in Italian Rama S.r.l.
Ulma Packaging of Memmingen, Germany, has acquired a 40% stake in Italian packaging machinery firm Rama S.r.l., which specialises in automatic machines and end-of-line systems. The companies have cooperated for 15 years.
