ASKO Sinai to take Buhler Industries private via amalgamation at CDN$7.30 per share
Buhler Industries Inc. signed an amalgamation agreement under which ASKO Sinai ve Teknoloji, which already owns about 96.7% of Buhler's shares, would take the company private. Minority shareholders would receive CDN$7.30 per share in cash.
