ANDRITZ won a contract from Firdakraft AS, a subsidiary of Sogn og Fjordane Energi, to supply electromechanical equipment for the new Øksenelvane hydropower plant in Bremanger. The scope includes two 55 MW Pelton turbines and generators, with completion scheduled for 2028. The contract was announced on 22 January 2025 and its value was not disclosed.
