PerfoTec BV signed a strategic partnership with Egypt-based GoodSeal Packaging Company, including a global PerfoTec licensing agreement and a significant order for PerfoTec equipment, to expand into North Africa and the Middle East.
PerfoTec signed a major contract with the Eisberg Group, part of Bell Food Group, to support and roll out its packaging technology to all Eisberg sites and packaging lines in Central Europe. The announcement was dated 21 January 2025 and no value was disclosed.
