Intraplás to build €40M packaging plant in Van Wert, Ohio
Portuguese packaging manufacturer Intraplás announced a new production plant in Van Wert, Ohio, with a total investment of around €40 million. The plant will use extrusion, thermoforming and printing technology, is scheduled to start operations in summer 2025, and will create more than 50 local jobs.

Intraplás invests over €15 million in packaging extrusion and expansion
Intraplás, a Portuguese sustainable dairy packaging maker, invested more than €15 million between 2023 and 2024 in new PET and PS extrusion and IML-T packaging lines in Santo Tirso. The investment created more than 20 direct and indirect jobs.
