Ingersoll Rand acquires Blutek, Italian compressed air and nitrogen equipment maker
Ingersoll Rand has acquired Blutek s.r.l., an Italian designer and producer of engineered compressed air and nitrogen generation solutions, as part of three bolt-on deals totaling about $135 million.
