Belgian packaging group VPK has fully acquired Fencor Packaging Group, including Manor Packaging, which operates a corrugated packaging plant in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, after holding a minority stake since 2024.
VPK Group completed the acquisition of full ownership of Fencor Packaging Group, owner of Manor Packaging, a corrugated packaging maker in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, UK. VPK had held a minority stake since 2024. Manor Packaging's sales director Tony Clifton becomes managing director after David Orr retires.
VPK Group acquired a minority stake of about 28% in Fencor Packaging Group, which wholly owns the Cambridgeshire corrugated sheet plant Manor Packaging. Fencor announced the deal on 26 September 2024.
Easypack POP/Displays Group, a maker of temporary point-of-sale displays, was acquired by Easypack Holdings from Fencor Packaging Group on 30 August 2024 as the businesses were demerged. Fencor announced the transaction on 26 September 2024.
