JOST Werke SE has acquired Hyva, a Netherlands-headquartered producer of hydraulic solutions for commercial vehicles with over 3,000 employees and 14 production facilities. The acquisition expands JOST's presence in Asia and the Americas.

JOST enters exclusivity agreement to acquire Hyva from Unitas and NWS
JOST Werke signed an exclusivity agreement with Unitas Capital and NWS Holdings to buy all shares of Hyva, a hydraulic cylinder supplier with 14 production facilities. A definitive agreement is targeted for Q4 2024.
