Berlin Packaging acquires Japanese packaging supplier Nissho Jitsugyo
Berlin Packaging has acquired Osaka-based packaging supplier Nissho Jitsugyo, expanding its presence in Asia-Pacific. All Nissho employees, management and locations will be retained; financial terms were not disclosed.
