Union City, California-based Emerald Packaging bought the flexible packaging assets of Blower-Dempsay Corp. in Santa Ana, California, establishing its second facility and its first acquisition in 63 years. Headcount is expected to rise from 250 to over 300 by year end.
Blower-Dempsay Corporation acquired the Corona, California assets of US Display Group, effective August 30, 2024, adding digital printing and high-end graphics packaging capabilities. The facility will be rebranded under Pacificorr Graphics & Displays.
