Mill Rock Packaging acquires Everett Graphics' Woodland packaging facility
Mill Rock Packaging, a Mill Rock Capital portfolio company, acquired the Woodland, California packaging and laminating assets of Everett Graphics, a folding-carton producer. No financial terms were disclosed.
