Coppice Alupack acquires packaging firm Sirane in administrators' sale
Coppice Alupack acquired Telford-based flexible packaging maker Sirane and its assets from joint administrators in a secured sale, retaining the Emerald site and 22 remaining employees. Financial terms were undisclosed.
