Meyers acquires assets of Johnson Printing and Packaging Corporation
Sustainable packaging maker Meyers has agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Johnson Printing and Packaging Corporation (JPP) to expand its folding carton business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
