DUBAG's LEO III fund acquires Ampack and Osgood Industries from Syntegon
The DUBAG-managed LEO III fund acquired Ampack GmbH and Osgood Industries from Syntegon, a CVC portfolio company. Ampack and Osgood make form, fill and seal machines for cups and bottles used in food packaging.
