Japan's Tsurumi Manufacturing has acquired the entire share capital of Zenit International SpA, holding company of Italian wastewater treatment plant producer Zenit Group, based in San Cesario sul Panaro near Modena. Zenit had a 2023 consolidated turnover of over EUR 40 million.
Japan's Tsurumi Manufacturing acquired the entire share capital of Zenit International SpA, holding company of wastewater treatment equipment maker Zenit Group, based in San Cesario sul Panaro. The agreement was signed on 15 July 2024.
