Abris Capital Partners is set to sell its stake in Dot2Dot, a premium packaging producer, according to Private Equity International. No buyer, deal value or location was given.
Van Genechten Packaging has signed a deal to acquire 100% of Poland-based DOT2DOT Group, which operates plants in Gdańsk and Warsaw and has annual turnover above 50 million euros. The deal is subject to anti-trust approvals.
