Antalis announced the acquisition of Hein Verpackungen, a Lauterhofen, Germany maker of corrugated cardboard packaging and POS displays with around EUR 8 million turnover in 2025, to expand its European packaging portfolio.
Antalis GmbH bought Hein Verpackungen GmbH, a family-owned packaging company in Traunfeld, Germany, and assigned it to its Antalis Verpackungen unit. The move is intended to secure the site and existing jobs.
