Atlas Copco to acquire China's Anhui NOY Technologies
Atlas Copco has signed a deal to acquire Anhui NOY Technologies, a China-based manufacturer of vacuum helium leak detectors, which will join its Scientific Vacuum division within Vacuum Technique. No deal value was disclosed.
