CANPACK announced that Giorgi International Holdings S.à r.l. was merged into its wholly owned subsidiary CANPACK S.A. effective 31 January 2025, with CANPACK Group becoming sole shareholder of CANPACK S.A.
CANPACK S.A. plans to absorb its direct shareholder Giorgi International Holdings S.A. R.L. of Luxembourg by the end of 2024. After the merger, CANPACK Group Inc. of the United States will become a direct shareholder of CANPACK S.A.
