Mosburger GmbH, a Dunapack Packaging subsidiary of the Prinzhorn Group, completed the acquisition of Stora Enso's German corrugated packaging operations on July 1, 2026. The businesses have sites in Heidelberg, Grünstadt-Sausenheim and St. Ingbert and generated about EUR 74 million revenue in 2025.
Dunapack Packaging, through Mosburger GmbH, signed an agreement to buy the corrugated business of Camiş Ambalaj at its Eskişehir plant, with about 160 million m2 annual sales volume. Dunapack will operate four box plants in Turkey after the deal.
Dunapack Packaging, through Mosburger GmbH, has closed the purchase of Eskisehir-based corrugated packaging plant ESK from Sisecam Group, which has an annual volume of about 160 million m2 (80,000 tons).
