TricorBraun acquires Australian spirits packaging distributor UniquePak
US packaging provider TricorBraun acquired NSW-based UniquePak, a distributor of glass packaging for the spirits, wine, pharma and food industries, to expand its ANZ presence. The acquisition was reported on 17 May 2024.
