Borouge announced a series of supply agreements and collaborations valued at over $100 million to supply advanced polyethylene and polypropylene to Bericap, Taghleef Industries, INDEVCO Group and ALPLA, plus a shipping sack project with Tahzeem Packaging and Rebound.
Borouge signed four supply agreements for polyethylene and polypropylene with Bericap, Taghleef Industries, INDEVCO Group and ALPLA, plus a collaboration with Tahzeem Packaging and Rebound for recycled-content shipping sacks, valued at over $100 million (AED 367 million), announced on 28 January 2025.
Amcor agreed to sell its 50% interest in the Bericap North America closures joint venture to Bericap for $122 million, with closing expected by December 31, 2024. Proceeds will reduce debt.
