Capital completed the acquisition of Segers Aero Corporation, an FAA-certified provider of engine, accessory and propeller maintenance, repair and overhaul services for C-130 and similar aircraft. Segers is headquartered in Fairhope, Alabama, and H.I.G. will partner with current management.
