Visy to acquire O-I ANZ glass container business for US$652M
Visy agreed to buy O-I ANZ, the largest glass bottle and container maker in Australia and New Zealand, for US$652 million ($932 million), with completion expected by the end of July 2020. O-I will use the proceeds to reduce its debt.
