Trican to acquire Canyon Services Group in CA$637M all-share deal
Trican Well Service agreed to acquire all shares of Canyon Services Group in an all-share arrangement valued at about $637 million including $40 million of Canyon debt. Canyon shareholders will hold about 44% of the combined company.
