Smurfit Kappa and WestRock agree merger to form Smurfit WestRock
Smurfit Kappa and WestRock announced a transaction to combine into Smurfit WestRock, a global sustainable packaging leader with combined adjusted revenue of about $34 billion. The combined company will be domiciled in Ireland.
