DNOW Inc. entered a definitive merger agreement to acquire MRC Global in an all-stock transaction valued at about $1.5 billion including net debt, creating a combined energy and industrial solutions provider with over 350 locations in more than 20 countries.

Odessa Pumps, a DNOW subsidiary, entered an exclusive partnership with EagleBurgmann to offer its mechanical seals and supply systems in Texas, New Mexico and parts of Arkansas and Louisiana.
