Orora advances talks to acquire glass bottle maker Saverglass from Olympe
Australian packaging company Orora confirmed advanced negotiations with Olympe, the holding company of France-based Saverglass, for a potential acquisition. The parties were still finalising funding and deal terms as of 30 August 2023.
