Metasphere

Grundfos acquired Metasphere, a UK provider of telemetry and analytics for water networks, from XPV Water Partners. Metasphere offers the ART Sewer solution for preventing sewer overflows.

On 3 July 2023 Danish pump maker Grundfos acquired UK-based telemetry and analytics firm Metasphere from private equity investor XPV Water Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; Bluefield estimates US$60-70 million.
