CMA clears Cameco and Brookfield joint venture to acquire Westinghouse
The UK Competition and Markets Authority cleared the anticipated joint venture by Cameco and Brookfield to acquire Westinghouse Electric Company, after a phase 1 merger inquiry launched in September 2023.
