Simply Cartons

France-based Autajon Group acquired Simply Cartons, a folding carton maker with three sites in Nottingham, UK. The company will be renamed Autajon Packaging Simply Cartons, and its management team stays in place.

Autajon, a packaging and labelling company, completed its acquisition of packaging firms Simply Cartons and Simply Luxe on 2 August 2023. Financial terms were not disclosed.
