Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of Italy's Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors (TMIC) and its subsidiary Adicomp for about €160 million. The businesses make air and gas compressors and engineered solutions for the renewable natural gas market and will join the Industrial Technologies and Services segment.
Gardner Denver Italy Holdings, part of the Ingersoll Rand group, acquired Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors and Adicomp, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Termomeccanica, with internal reorganisation in Italy, the USA and China. AZB & Partners advised Termomeccanica on the India business reorganisation.
Ingersoll Rand acquired Italy-based Termomeccanica Industrial Compressors S.p.A. and its subsidiary Adicomp S.p.A. for approximately EUR 160 million. The businesses will join the Industrial Technologies and Services segment. The deal was announced July 1, 2025.
