Emballator acquires Finnish packaging maker Europak Oy
Emballator Group agreed to acquire Europak Oy, an Espoo-based maker of blow-moulded plastic canisters with about EUR 8 million turnover; closing is expected on 1 September 2023 and the price was not disclosed.
